SHIPPING & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Her Ritual currently offers digital products only. No physical products will be shipped when you purchase a digital product from our store.

Digital Delivery

Once your order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed, your purchased digital product will be made available electronically.

You will receive access to your digital purchase through the delivery method provided with your order, which may include a download link sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is correct.

Delivery Time

Digital products are generally made available shortly after successful payment. In some circumstances, processing or technical delays may occur.

If you have completed your purchase but have not received access to your digital product, please check your spam or junk email folder before contacting us.

No Shipping Fees

Because our digital products do not require physical delivery, no shipping fees apply to digital-only orders.

Download & Access Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

Please do not purchase the same product again solely because you have not received or cannot locate your original download.

Future Physical Products

If Her Ritual introduces physical products in the future, the applicable shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and this policy may be updated accordingly.
